Lim has experience working with individuals ages 6-71 facing a variety of challenges including, but not limited to mood and anxiety disorders, LGBTQ+ issues, school behaviors, relationship issues, substance use struggles, disordered eating, life transitions, trauma, minority stress, ADHD, and ASD. Lim also has experience working with families and in group settings.

Lim uses an eclectic approach, informed primarily by Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, creative expression, and talk therapy techniques.
