Below you will find resources that are meant to assist you in learning more about the mental health concerns that have been occurring as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. In many cases COVID-19 has highlighted mental health concerns from those becoming newly diagnosed with a mental health disorder,  or the imbalance that we may have in our daily lives.

Google describes what is the process they are using in order to protect information while helping track the exposure of COVID-19 when permissions are granted using Google Technology so that you are notified when you have potentially been exposed to COVID-19.

Headspace has been keeping up three free audio pieces of meditation for free so that you can utilize them to destress, and manage the stress that comes from the COVID-19 pandemic and the restrictions placed on our communities as we work to mitigate the pandemic. ​
