Sarahbeth believes we all need some extra support for the complexities of life. You deserve a safe place to have your story heard and understood. Her particular area of interest is family and relationship dynamics, and helping clients relate with more authentic connection and less strife. Sometimes an outside person can help us re-calibrate the narratives of our gridlock. Sarahbeth also holds trauma-supportive certification, and can explore with you the ways that past experiences can shape your current struggles.
She graduates this year from William and Mary’s Clinical Mental Health Master’s program. Previously, she’d been a college English instructor for over 20 years and holds an MBA from Regis University and a Master’s in Literature from VCU.
